Received can but it was really dented up...paid more for shipping than for the product! Hi Shantelle, Those empty tins can take a battering in shipping because they are empty and sealed to make sure they are sanitary. We do our best to pack them in a way we have found works most of the time... but dents can happen. Please contact our offices 888-561-8068 and we will replace it for you.

I have not received any of my order yet . It looks like your order placed on 1/15 was shipped via UPS the same day. It was delivered on 1/23. This is pretty typical of UPS cross country deliveries and a key reason we ship anything we can via Priority Mail. We hope you are enjoying your products.

Product was delivered to me in 1 day of placing the order! It was just an empty can for my wax beads so not much to write about :)
